How Do I Become a vendor?

The event will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2022, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm at Center Grove High School.


The Center Grove Craft Fair is a marketplace for arts, crafts, and specialty items. We try to keep the focus on hand-crafted items but do allow a very limited number of businesses and direct sales products. All applications will be reviewed by the Center Grove Football Parents Club, and Vendors will be notified of their application status. Applications will be considered based on product, previous participation, and date of submission. The CGFPC reserve the right to refuse a Vendor based on their product, and their refund will be given in a timely manner.

The following are the costs:

  • Booth = $95 (max of 3 booths)
  • Electrical, optional (limited) = $10 per booth
  • Table rental, optional = $10 per table (max of 5 tables)

Vendor Cancellation Policy

 All cancellation requests must be made in writing. 

  • Prior to 120 days - full refund
  • 61-120 days before start of event - 50% refund
  • 0-60 days before start of event - no refund


Vendors are not allowed to find their own replacements as we always have a large waitlist.


Any cancellation request received fewer than 60 business days prior to a scheduled event (or after the event date has passed) due to an extenuating circumstance may be reviewed by the respective Committee Chair(s) who in turn will recommend the appropriate refund and action.

We will notify those who have applied whether they have made it into the 2022 event by Sunday, evening 7/24.  If an applicant does not make it into the event their fees will be refunded.

The application for the 2023 event will be posted on this site and our social media accounts (Facebook page, Instagram Page, and Twitter) on Thursday, December 1, 2022.


We attempt to make each booth 10' x 10'. However, because of the layout of the interior of the school, it may not be possible to make the booth space square.


While we prefer hand-crafted items we do allow a percentage of direct sales vendors into the event.  
The following items will not be permitted:

  • No food items, other than those preserved or prepackaged, and not intended for consumption on the premises.
